North West Recovery Hub

The Recovery Hub is a one – stop shop which offers a full range of drug and alcohol treatment and support services. Each is run by a team of staff of voluntary sector, NHS and social work staff. The easiest way for most people to get support from their local Recovery Hub team at present is to call and speaker to a worker there. The worker will listen, give advice and options, agree a plan and organise the next steps. They are keen to make it as easy as possible for people to meet them. Feel free to have someone with you when you call. Hub services are confidential and the teams will only share information where they are very concerned that a vulnerable person is being harmed. They offer a choice of male or female workers wherever possible. If you want help for someone else, please get in touch with the hub to talk about the best way for us and you to help them.

Support Options: Group support/ treatment (currently online) ; Peer support; medical treatment; 1:1: online and telephone support; injecting equipment and take home naloxone (in person and delivery).

We’re answering calls between 0830 and 1630 weekdays, with out-of-hours/weekend call Our hub is closed for now. Our service is running, but we have shifted to telephone-based support and appointments. Please call us for needle exchange or naloxone supplies. We can drop these off at your home. Our groups won’t be running as usual for a while but we are starting to set up some online groups – please call the service for details.
