PrePare

The PrePare Team support women who are pregnant and who have significant substance use. We are a specialist multidisciplinary team who can offer treatment and support to enable parents the opportunity to give their children the best start in life. The team provide specialist health care by providing midwifery and health visiting input, as well as suitable treatment options identified together with our community mental health nurses. We have a team of experienced early years staff who will work alongside parents with an aim to support them to confidently meet the needs of their baby.

Support Options: Help with parenting; Medical treatment; Support for children and young people; Some women only services; Some men only services

Referral Methods: Social Care Direct (Professionals) or telephone direct for self referrals.
